Ashiah Haughton-Sinclair tipped for England Under-18s debut

Ashiah Haughton-Sinclair is one of Tottenham’s most prized talents, who is looking to make a name for himself in North London.

The youngster has already been called up for the England Under-15s, and speaking exclusively to Tottenham News , Tottenham expert and Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham believes that his Under-18s call-up is not far away.

“There’s another boy in the younger age group called Haughton-Sinclair, who’s on about 30 goals already for the season,” Wenham said.

“He was called up for England Under-15s recently as well. So he could actually make his Under-18 debut this season at some point.

“I think they regard him that highly and that he’s massive as well, the size of him, he looks much older than he is. I could see him possibly making his Under-18s debut this season.”

Tottenham have one of the youngest squads in Premier League

Tottenham’s youngest and brightest have been the subject of fruitful discussions in North London these past couple of weeks.

In fact, Spurs have the fourth-youngest squad in the Premier League with an average age of around 25.5 years. This is a little over two years older than Chelsea, who rank top with an average age of 23.4 years.

Archie Gray, who started in Tottenham’s draw to Monaco, is their youngest player at 19 years of age, just a few months younger than Lucas Bergvall.

Meanwhile, Ben Davies, who is set to leave Spurs this summer is their oldest player at 32 years of age.

As such, it seems Spurs have a squad young enough to serve them for years to come.
