Tottenham expert offers huge Daniel Levy praise for ‘impressive’ parting gift
Tottenham have given Thomas Frank more than enough to have a fantastic tenure in North London.
Despite Daniel Levy stepping down as Tottenham chairman, his final season and summer in charge will be remembered as a massive moment in Spurs’ history.
Ange Postecoglou won Tottenham the UEFA Europa League, ending a 17-year trophy drought. Meanwhile, Mohammed Kudus and Joao Palhinha have hit the ground running since arriving in the summer.
With Levy setting the foundations, Tottenham are expected to enter a new age with Frank leading the charge.

Randal Kolo Muani could become Tottenham’s ‘best striker’
Tottenham signed Randal Kolo Muani on loan from PSG on deadline day in a move that shocked the football world.
His signing followed the permanent transfer of Xavi Simons, who is considered one of the best bits of business Spurs have done in years.
While Richarlison has had an excellent start to the season, Tottenham expert and Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes Kolo Muani could become Spurs’ ‘best striker’ in no time.
“There’s an argument that he will become our best striker as well,” Wenham said.
“The fact that he can play left wing as well is a bonus. So Kolo Muani is somebody we’ve been linked with since Frankfurt. PSG spent around £77million on him. Only a couple of years ago.
“Tottenham have got, or should I say Levy had an outstanding relationship with PSG. We’ve seen multiple deals between the two clubs in recent years. So really impressive that we managed to get him on loan.”
Richarlison and Randal Kolo Muani can play together
There is an argument to be made that injuries and inconsistency will see Kolo Muani take over from Richarlison soon.

- The Brazilian was sidelined for 37 games in the 2024/25 season due to various injuries
However, Kolo Muani and Richarlison are different profiles. The Brazilian is more of a pure striker, well-rounded in his hold-up and link-up play. Whereas the Frenchman is less efficient with his back to goal, but offers more on the ball compared to his teammate.
As such, Frank could look to implement a 4-4-2 formation with both as starting strikers. Their weakness is the other’s strength, which could complement each other quite well.
Therefore, Kolo Muani’s arrival may have added another dynamic option for Frank to weave into his approach.
