Tottenham could be hurt after INEOS controversy for Daniel Levy
Tottenham are on the lookout for another new sponsor after their partnership with INEOS was officially ended this week.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is pulling out all the stops to save money at Manchester United, with his company also cutting costs at an alarming rate.
That saw INEOS agree a multi-million payout to end their sponsorship deal early at Spurs, who will now look for a new automotive partner.
It leaves Daniel Levy looking for another new agreement in North London.

Tottenham ready for new agreement
Dan Plumley has insisted that a new sponsor shouldn’t be hard to find in North London, but did deliver a warning about their on-pitch performance.
With Spurs languishing in 14th in the Premier League, failure to win the Europa League would see them without European football next season.
Plumley, a football finance expert, admits that it could “hurt” them when looking for new sponsors, giving them less leverage to use.
“It is still an attractive proposition for a sponsor,” he exclusively told Tottenham News.
“We can go back to the stadium aspect of that, the other deals they have got and the ability to leverage that and generate future value for the sponsors, club and commercial partners.
“Yes, it’s still an attractive proposition in those terms, but there is a caveat, and it is always a more attractive proposition if you are performing on the pitch and getting higher up the table.
“There are the European competitions within that, and obviously, that will be an important factor at the end of the season, given where the Premier League is at.
“It does hurt you a little bit, it won’t put too many commercial partners off, it’s still a good club to be involved with, but also, they will look at that on-pitch performance and Spurs will be mindful of that as well, given the league performance this season.”

Ange Postecoglou on thin ice at Tottenham
The Australian hasn’t exactly been helped by injuries at Spurs, but that excuse is long gone now and simply won’t be accepted in this failure of a season.

With Postecoglou already facing the sack at Tottenham, Levy will certainly be more tempted to make a change if his commercial deals start to fall alongside this form.
Time will tell how that ends up, but it’s a warning to everyone at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
