Southampton ‘to sell Tyler Dibling’ amid ‘ridiculous’ Tottenham transfer news
Southampton could have no choice but to sell Tottenham target Tyler Dibling this summer.
Tottenham have several exciting young players who are already making an impact on the first-team in North London, including Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Mikey Moore.
Therefore, regardless of whether or not Ange Postecoglou is sacked by Daniel Levy, there will be some optimism about the future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And it looks as though Spurs have been provided with a bit of encouragement as they look to add long-term target Dibling to their pool of talented youngsters.

Tottenham want to sign Dibling from Southampton
As reported by BBC Sport (31 March), Southampton turned down a bid of £35million for Dibling from Tottenham in the winter transfer window, as well as £30million from RB Leipzig.
When the winter transfer window first opened, the Saints valued Dibling at £55million.
However, despite their likely relegation to the Championship, that valuation has now increased to £100million [The Telegraph].
This will no doubt have Daniel Levy in hysterics, with Tottenham unlikely to pay anywhere near that kind of money for the 19-year-old.

However, ex-Spurs scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes the Saints will be forced to sell Dibling to the club which offers the most money, rather than hold out for £100m.
“It is ridiculous that they have placed a £100million valuation on him,” King said.
“Absolute rubbish. However, I think £35million is a sensible offer, rising to £50million once he proves himself. Dibling has done relatively well, but where are Southampton?
“If he was a £100m player, Southampton wouldn’t be where they are. I imagine Dibling won’t want to play in the Championship. Therefore, I don’t think Southampton will be able to keep him, and they will sell him to the highest bidder.”

Tottenham should target cut-price Dibling deal
While Southampton want £100m, no club is going to pay that kind of money.
Therefore, once the South Coast outfit are relegated and reality begins to sink in, Spurs should look to swoop and agree a cut-price deal for Dibling.
