Richarlison could still leave Tottenham despite transfer admission via Fabrizio Romano

Bryan King claims Richarlison could still leave Tottenham despite a recent admission on his future.

The ex-Spurs scout doesn’t believe the striker has a long-term future under Ange Postecoglou.

It comes after Richarlison dismissed suggestions that he could leave Spurs (via Fabrizio Romano, 29 May).

But King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – has taken these words with a pinch of salt.

“I still don’t think he has a future with the club,” King said.

“He just doesn’t seem to be a Postecoglou type of player.

“How many times have we seen a player suggest they’re happy to stay where they are before leaving?

“I am sure he could still have his head turned by the money on offer in Saudi Arabia.”

Daniel Levy could be tempted to sell Tottenham striker Richarlison

Despite what Richarlison says, the decision might not be up to him.

Spurs paid big money for the Brazillian and are yet to see much of a return.

If they were to receive an offer close to what they paid this summer, Levy might be tempted to sell.

While Richarlison might wish to remain, it could be made clear to the player that he is not in the club’s plans.

If that were to happen, his desire to remain with Tottenham could disappear very quickly.

In other Tottenham news, the sale of one player is to be “rushed through” amid multi-million transfer news.
