QPR ‘set for £10m payment’ after big-money Tottenham transfer news
QPR are in line to pocket £10million should Tottenham seal one big-money transfer this summer.
Ange Postecoglou’s side have plenty of talented young players on their books.
A number of those young players have joined EFL clubs on loan this season, with Jamie Donley and Josh Keeley shining at Leyton Orient.
Meanwhile, Yang Min-hyeok recently made the temporary switch to QPR and has already grabbed his first assist for the Championship club. Therefore, it appears as though Yang could be set for a successful stay at Loftus Road, which would be of benefit to the Hoops.
And it looks as though Tottenham could be set to do QPR another favour, albeit indirectly this time.

Yang Min-hyeok | QPR |
Will Lankshear | West Brom |
Manor Solomon | Leeds United |

Tottenham want to sign former QPR star Eberechi Eze
As reported by TBR Football (19 February), Spurs are at the front of the queue to sign Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze amid interest from other Premier League clubs.
The 26-year-old has a £60million release clause in his contract at Selhurst Park, and while Palace are prepared to lose Eze, they would expect any transfer fee to match that price point.
According to ex-Spurs scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – Eze would be interested in a transfer to North London. However, King has suggested that Palace wouldn’t receive the full £60m, with QPR in line to pocket a significant chunk of that fee.
“That release clause will incorporate QPR as well I believe,” King said.
“They will have a sell-on clause for Eze. Therefore, the £60m that Palace receives for Eze would probably come down to about £50million, with £10m going to QPR.
“Palace made a good decision when they signed Eze. I liked the player when he was with QPR. I remember watching him play against Millwall and he was your standout player.”

QPR ‘to receive £10m’ if Tottenham sign Eze from Crystal Palace
Palace won’t want to lose Eze. However, it appears as though the playmaker has outgrown the South London club and will likely be targeting a move away this summer.
Therefore, as long as Palace receive big money for their star man, they probably won’t have too many complaints about selling him.

However, if they do need to part ways with some of that money, that will be a big blow, while it would be a huge boost for QPR, who will likely be thanking whoever decided to include a sell-on clause in Eze’s sale.
