Postecoglou to call Tottenham players into his office with exits now likely
Ange Postecoglou could be set for a series of conversations as the summer window looms at Tottenham.
It looks as if the Australian head coach is going to be afforded the opportunity to lead Spurs forward after winning the Europa League.
Despite recent links to Brentford boss Thomas Frank, it appears that the Lilywhites are going to continue with the man who delivered silverware for the first time in over 17 years.
This could see Postecoglou kick off talks down Hotspur Way as a move for Johnny Cardoso looks to be possible in the summer.

Cardoso deal to kick off exit talks at Tottenham
The North London club are reportedly poised to sign the Real Betis midfielder for a pre-agreed fee of £21million once the window opens [GiveMeSport, 2 May].
This would certainly represent a positive piece of business for Spurs after a largely positive season in LaLiga, which looks set to culminate with a Europa Conference League final against Chelsea.

Regardless of the result against the Blues, Cardoso looks set to link up with Spurs in the coming weeks and months, in a deal which could spell bad news for other names in N17.
This could ultimately result in potential exits for the likes of Yves Bissouma and Pape Sarr, who maybe haven’t found their best level this campaign.
As a result, former Brentford and Leicester City boss Martin Allen believes Postecoglou will hold talks with potentially exit-bound players moving into the summer window.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, Allen said: “Without a shadow of a doubt, Tottenham will be looking to strengthen after the poor league season they’ve had.
“It will be interesting to see what he’s [Cardoso] like in the Premier League, see how good he is.
“It’s going to put pressure on all their midfield players for sure.
“There’s no doubt that at the end of the season, Postecoglou will be calling those players into his office individually to say, ‘What you’ve done hasn’t been enough, I need a lot more from you, and if any clubs come in for you, we will strongly consider them.’“

Postecoglou preparing for Tottenham exit talks
It feels like a now-or-never moment for the Lilywhites after finally lifting a trophy with a huge win against Manchester United in Bilbao.
Now Daniel Levy has to get behind Postecoglou and offer him a warchest to build a side ready to have a much better Premier League season.
This could start with Cardoso as the window opens and continue with other stars like Ebere Eze being linked with a potential move across the capital.
If these sort of midfield deals were to go through, sales will be required and as a result, the Australian head coach will have a series of difficult conversations to hold throughout the summer.
