Levy ‘to make Postecoglou sack decision by Monday’ after latest Tottenham news
Tottenham supporters might finally be set to get an answer on Ange Postecoglou’s future.
Postecoglou had a season of extremes, which has muddied the conversation surrounding his future.
The Australian made history when he guided Tottenham to the UEFA Europa League, ending a 17-year trophy drought in North London.
However, he also oversaw Spurs’ worst-ever Premier League campaign, with the Lilywhites becoming the first team to suffer 22 defeats without being relegated.
Therefore, after a rollercoaster season with extreme highs and extreme lows, Levy has been taking his time to make a decision.

Postecoglou to learn his fate after returning to England
Levy is expected to decide Postecoglou’s future within the next few days.
As reported by The Telegraph (5 June), Postecoglou has returned to England after his holiday.
The former Celtic coach still has two years left on his contract. However, it is understood that the exit terms if Postecoglou were to leave before completing his contract were agreed when he took over two years ago.

Levy faces an expensive bill if he decides to sack Postecoglou, and according to Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – that decision will be made by Monday (9 June).
“I was sure we’d have an answer by now,” Wenham said.
“However, another week has gone by, and we still have no clarity. Postecoglou has now returned to England. If he is going to remain at Tottenham, it won’t be an announcement by the club; that decision will be leaked to journalists, who will then share that information.
“Whatever happens, I think by Monday at the latest we will have an answer one way or another on what is going to happen with Postecoglou.”

Postecoglou deserves to remain at Tottenham
Finishing 17th in the Premier League is inexcusable, but winning silverware in his second season is redeemable.
Postecoglou could build a dynasty at Tottenham if given the keys to the kingdom and the resources to make it happen. Therefore, with the players firmly in his corner, Postecoglou deserves his season three.
