Keith Hackett ‘surprised’ further action wasn’t taken after controversial moment in Tottenham victory
Tottenham picked up a 3-0 victory over Slavia Prague on Tuesday, with the visitors perhaps lucky not to go down to 10 players.
It was a dominant performance from the hosts who cruised to another three points in the Champions League.
Multiple Tottenham players were fantastic, including Djed Spence, who put in a quality display.
However, the night could have gotten even better for the North London club if the referee had decided to give Igoh Ogbu a second yellow card for his challenge on Xavi Simons.

Keith Hackett: I’m surprised Igoh Ogbu wasn’t sent off against Tottenham
Spurs rounded off the victory in style against Slavia Prague when Simons was brought down in the box late on.
The referee quickly pointed to the spot, with the Netherlands international converting to make it 3-0.
However, it was rather puzzling that Benoit Bastien, who had been dishing out cards all night, did not send off Ogbu for the incident.
The centre-back had already been booked, and looking back at the challenge, Keith Hackett was surprised that the Slavia Prague star wasn’t given his marching orders.
The former PGMOL boss exclusively told Tottenham Hotspur News: “No question about this foul and rather surprised that the player already on a yellow was not dismissed”

On 9 December, Frank gave his thoughts to BBC Sport about the game, with the Dane quick to praise Simons.
He said: “Very happy with win, strong position to progress. Just happy to have four days before Forest now.”
He then stated about Simons: “I think he built on a good game on Saturday, produced again. Good link-up play, nice turns in the middle of the pitch and has acceleration to go past a player.
“I like his work ethic and there was great recovery run on 90 minutes which is crucial for us. I think it was more banter with Cristian [Romero] for the penalty.”
