‘Son Heung-min done at Tottenham’ as ‘next step’ transfer update emerges
Tottenham could be preparing to part ways with Son Heung-min in the upcoming summer window.
The 32-year-old has had a difficult season for the Lilywhites this campaign, alongside a whole host of stars under Ange Postecoglou.
This has been of great frustration to the Spurs faithful, who have seen their slide slip to 14th in the Premier League with the South Korean as captain.
With that being said, a clean break, after the latest transfer news, could prove to be the best idea for all parties ahead of the new campaign.

Tottenham could replace Son with Mathus Cunha
There is no doubt that the North London outfit are in desperate need of a change as the transfer window gets closer to opening.
It is forward areas that are in need of a revamp with the addition of Mathys Tel not being the wisest of moves in the winter.
This could see Spurs go for a more experienced Premier League operator like Cunha, who has been simply superb for Wolves this campaign.
The Brazil international only signed a new deal in February, but Postecoglou is said to be “seriously considering” activating his £62million release clause [Daily Mail].
As a result of this prior interest, it will be music to everyone’s ears in N17 that the 25-year-old wants to leave Molineux at the end of the season.
Speaking to The Guardian (30 March), he said: “Some things you can’t control, but I couldn’t leave the club in the middle of the season, in a difficult situation, in the relegation zone.
“Now, we’re close to achieving our goal [of staying up]. But I’ve made it clear that I need to take the next step. I want to fight for titles, for big things. I have potential.”

Son sale could make sense at Tottenham
It is fair to say that a large ratio of Spurs fans would see the introduction of Cunha as a huge sign of intent ahead of the new campaign.
With the way that PSR works, that would likely require an exit from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Although Son wouldn’t necessarily be the first choice to be sold, his age and high wages could make him a prime candidate for a summer sale.
This would give Richarlison a comfort blanket in the squad while also allowing the quality of the Wolves man to shine through.
Dominic Solanke would also benefit from this, and if the Lilywhites have a collection of goal-scorers, it should propel them up the Premier League table next season.
