Tottenham to sanction midfielder exit in new transfer – Sky Sports
Tottenham are set to sanction a loan exit for midfielder Tyrese Hall, according to Sky Sports.
The report on 21 January claims that Championship, League One and Scottish Premiership clubs are monitoring the 19-year-old.
It states that the player is highly rated at Spurs but they are willing to let him leave on a temporary basis to secure first-team football.
Hall had been linked with a loan move to Stoke City [Darren Witcoop] but Lilywhites insider John Wenham dismissed those reports in an exclusive interview with Tottenham News.
Hall set to leave Tottenham on loan
The promising midfielder featured heavily in Spurs’ pre-season preparations but is yet to make a first-team appearance this season to the surprise of many observers.
A loan move makes perfect sense for his development as it would give him regular first-team football in a competitive league rather than continuing to play in academy football.
A switch to a League One outfit may be the best idea as he is more likely to be given opportunities consistently.

Ange Postecoglou has handed plenty of youngsters opportunities this campaign such as Hall’s Under-21 teammate Alfie Dorrington, who made his Premier League debut in the 5-0 win over Southampton on 15 December, but Hall has not been one of them.
Therefore it makes sense for him to head out on loan and try and impress the manager with his performances elsewhere before coming back and fighting for a first-team berth next season.
In other Tottenham news, Spurs would have to pay a significant compensation fee to land this managerial target.
