Tottenham official offer for Randal Kolo Muani revealed
Tottenham have made an offer to sign Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain, according to L’Equipe.
The reliable French newspaper reported via their website on Tuesday (14 January) that Spurs have offered to take the striker on loan with a non-obligatory purchase option as they look to beat Juventus to his signature.
PSG, for their part, are waiting to review all the offers before making a decision regarding the France international, who is also taking a similar approach.
Daniel Levy to sanction Timo Werner exit at Tottenham if Kolo Muani arrives
Kolo Muani is undoubtedly a player that could make an instant impact at Tottenham.
Son Heung-min, Dominic Solanke and Brenna Johnson have established themselves as Ange Postecoglou’s preferred attacking trio and it remains to be seen where the 26-year-old would fit in.
More importantly, it would raise question marks about the futures of some players, including Timo Werner, who is on loan from RB Leipzig until the end of the season.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio (13 January), Werner has emerged as an option to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at Napoli this month.
It is worth noting that PSG are in advanced talks to sign Kvaratskhelia, which means that deal could trigger a transfer merry-go-round, with Kolo Muani swapping the French giants for Spurs and Werner swapping the North London outfit for the Serie A club.

As per Di Marzio, Napoli are waiting until after the North London derby on Wednesday (15 January) to see if Tottenham will sanction an exit for Werner.
In other Tottenham news, Spurs have made a bid to sign this South American midfielder with an £83m release clause.
