Tottenham new signing: Agent shares ‘absolutely mad’ image with deal almost done
Mathys Tel’s agent has shared an image on a private plane before signing for Tottenham which has been described as “absolutely mad”.
The 19-year-old is jetting to the UK ahead of completing a switch to North London from Bayern Munich on deadline day.
An image has been shared of the Frenchman’s representative who doesn’t appear to be too excited about his client moving to Spurs.
This has caught the attention of Sky Sports pundit Dougie Critchley on X (3 February), who said: “This is an absolutely mad thing to post on your Instagram story as an agent of a player making a move.”
He added: “‘Yes let me post a photo to my story of me looking bored and disinterested'”

It finally appears that Daniel Levy is going to get his man after talks fell through earlier in the week after the chairman flew to Germany.
Despite coming this late in the window, Ange Postecoglou will just be glad to get a deal over the line to add to his forward line.
Tel will add some useful exuberance to the Lilywhites while also having the versatility to add plenty of competition for the attackers already in North London.
However, it will be interesting to see how much game time the Frenchman will get across the rest of the season ahead of the likes of Dominic Solanke and Richarlison up top.
