Luka Vuskovic open to Tottenham exit as Premier League interest grows
Luka Vuskovic has his eyes on a Tottenham Hotspur exit.
The Croatian spent last season on loan at Hamburg and certainly made a positive impression.
He was up there with the best defenders in the entire Bundesliga despite his side finishing 13th.
That has certainly prompted excitement at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium ready for the new campaign.
Any anticipation may now come crashing down to earth as Vuskovic has his sights set on a North London departure.
Luka Vuskovic contact made ahead of Tottenham exit
The 19-year-old is yet to make his competitive debut for the Lilywhites despite signing in September 2023.
He never moved to N17 until the summer of 2025 where he featured in pre-season under Thomas Frank.
Despite impressing under the Dane, he was allowed to depart on loan to join Hamburg.
He has certainly done well there and has forged an excellent relationship with their fans as the family link continues after his brother's ban.
A return to N17 is now on the cards, but it may prove to be short lived.
Sport Italia journalist Gianluigi Longari reported on Sunday that Vuskovic is open to leaving Spurs this summer.
Bayern Munich and multiple Premier League sides are said to be closely monitoring the defender.
Contact has already been made to learn details of a possible deal which are said to be at the preliminary stages.
Vuskovic could prove how far Tottenham have fallen
There is genuine excitement surrounding the teenager and just how good he could be for the Lilywhites.
He has been superb for Hamburg and that is evidenced by the fact he is being tracked by Bayern Munich.
As good as that may be for him, it would be further proof of just how bad Spurs have become since signing the Croatian.
Vuskovic didn't sign in 2023 with the idea of leaving at the first available chance, but he probably didn't see himself playing for a relegation threatened side.
Losing him would be a massive blow to the North London outfit and must end in a sizable enquiry if it's allowed to happen this summer.
