Garnacho transfer: Tottenham ‘bombshell’ amid concrete enquiry for Man Utd ace
Tottenham have made a “concrete enquiry” to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United, according to Football Transfers.
The news outlet reported (15 January) that Spurs have their sights set on the winger and are prepared to United’s resolve to gain his services during the transfer window.
The Lilywhites are lining up a bombshell bid in the region of £60million, which may be enough to encourage the Red Devils to sell the 20-year-old Football Transfers has said.
Tottenham looking at Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United
Although no official bid has been made yet, Tottenham are interested in the services of Garnacho as Ange Postecoglou looks to add to his squad ahead of the second half of the season.
The 20-year-old has had a brilliant season, despite his side struggling this term, and has seven goals from 29 appearances across all competitions.
However, a move for the winger could mean movement for Son Heung-min soon, despite the player having recently had a one-year contract extension triggered at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Furthermore, with the Australian boss having defensive troubles this season due to injuries, it would be interesting to see him put an attacking signing first when any big moves could be limited under the ownership of Daniel Levy.
Nevertheless, Garnacho is a quality young player and if their Premier League rivals could be convinced to sell up, it would be a great addition for a manager who has his sights set on attacking football.
