Tottenham ‘want to sign Premier League title-winning player’
Tottenham Hotspur could be set to splash the cash on a Premier League title winner this summer.
It has been a disastrous campaign for Spurs in 2024-25, which has led to serious pressure growing on Ange Postecoglou as the manager.
The Londoners are currently 14th in the Premier League table and are a far cry away from where they would typically like to be.
Spurs have dealt with a plethora of injuries throughout the season, though, which has had an obvious impact on Postecoglou’s ability to get some consistency within the squad.
That is why Tottenham are now looking ahead to the summer transfer window to try and provide more strength in depth in a bid to get back to where they want to be next season.

Tottenham have interest in Man City star Jack Grealish
According to GiveMeSport (29 March), Spurs are interested in signing Man City star Grealish, who the reigning Premier League champions bought for £100million.
Despite the hype that has surrounded Grealish over the years, the winger has struggled to truly nail down a regular place in Pep Guardiola’s team.

Grealish has regularly been on the bench this season, but it is believed he would need to be willing to take a pay cut from the £300,000 per week fee he earns at City.
There are other teams interested in the 29-year-old, such as AC Milan, but Spurs are genuinely keen on him if they can agree on personal wages.

Grealish could benefit from fresh start at Tottenham
Moving on from the Etihad Stadium might be seen as a risk for most players due to the high quality that Man City are known for providing in most seasons.
The Premier League giants typically compete on all fronts for the biggest prizes in football, which has made them the place that most players want to be.
However, the move to City doesn’t work out for everyone, and that has proven to be the case for Grealish – the treble-winning season aside.
The former Aston Villa man has struggled to find his best form consistently in Manchester, and after not being in Thomas Tuchel’s first England squad, now might be a good time for him to move on to try and get his personal career back on track.
If Spurs can agree a cut-price fee, and the player himself takes a substantial pay cut, this may well be a goer in the summer.
