Tottenham now have medical scheduled as ‘Levy breaches protocol for Thomas Frank’
Daniel Levy seems intent on providing strong backing to Thomas Frank in the transfer market this summer.
Levy made the controversial decision to replace Ange Postecoglou with the former Brentford boss, and now he seems prepared to back the Dane to the hilt in the market in order to vindicate his call.
Spurs have been linked with several potential big-money deals, and Levy seems determined to supply his manager with the tools he needs to turn the team’s fortunes around.

Spurs have Kudus medical scheduled ahead of £55m transfer
Mohammed Kudus has become Spurs’ primary transfer target over the last few weeks.
The West Ham star caught the eye of several top Premier League sides, but the Lilywhites have moved quickly to establish themselves as the frontrunners to secure his signature.
They had seen an initial bid of £50million rejected by their London rivals, but now it seems as though Levy and Co. have got their man.
Tottenham have reached an agreement with West Ham to sign Kudus, and the Ghanaian will undergo a medical on Thursday (10 July), according to David Ornstein via X.
It is understood that the 24-year-old will sign a six-year contract in N17, and Spurs will part with a fee in the region of £55m in order to bring him.
The deal will see Levy shatter his self-imposed protocol of not doing business with West Ham.
His fractious relationship with the Hammers’ hierarchy has seen him avoid dealings with them in the past, but now he has put that aside to hand Frank a high-quality player to add to his squad.
Levy shows promising signs in Kudus deal
Levy has received plenty of criticism for the way he has led Spurs over the years, but there can be no doubt that the stance he has taken in the Kudus deal is a step in the right direction.
The 63-year-old has seemingly put his personal issues behind him to get the deal done, and he has also shown a willingness to spend that hasn’t always been present during his time at the helm.
There is no getting away from the fact that Frank has a huge job on his hands if he is to drag Spurs back up the table next term, but he can at least take solace from the fact that he will receive ample backing from above in his bid to strengthen the squad.
