Radu Dragusin surely finished after what sources said about Tottenham transfer
Radu Dragusin is the only available senior centre-back at Tottenham right now, but that may not be enough to secure his future in North London.
Ange Postecoglou has relied on Dragusin and Archie Gray to hold the fort for Spurs at the back in Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Ben Davies’ absence in recent weeks.
Therefore, Dragusin, who started just one of Tottenham’s first nine Premier League games this season, has played the full 90 minutes in eight of their last 11 top-flight matches.
However, Postecoglou remarkably axed the Romania international at half-time in the North London giants’ 2-1 loss against Tottenham on Saturday (4 January), bringing Sergio Reguilon on to form a makeshift backline.
With the January transfer window now in full swing, there are possibilities for players moving in and out of the Premier League and that applies to Dragusin too.
Radu Dragusin on alert as Tottenham eye Milan Skriniar swoop
Tottenham have “positioned themselves” to sign Milan Skriniar from Paris Saint-Germain this month, according to L’Equipe.
The French sports daily reported via their website on 7 January that Spurs, as well as Aston Villa, are interested in signing the centre-back, who is attracted by the prospect of moving to the Premier League.
With Galatasaray and Napoli also in the mix, Skriniar is expected to decide where he wants to move by the end of the week.
PSG, meanwhile, are prepared to let him leave on loan, but want to make it a loan-to-buy agreement of some sort.
Skriniar’s interest in moving to England puts Tottenham in a strong position to sign him.

However, they will struggle to offer him regular playing time once Romero and Van de Ven return from injury.
Therefore, Postecoglou must consider offloading one of his centre-backs to make room for Skriniar and Dragusin could be the one to head out.
Juventus have notably been credited with an interest in taking the 22-year-old on loan this month [La Gazzetta dello Sport].
