Tottenham star Richarlison sends message as Dele Alli transfer news emerges
Richarlison has sent a message after former Tottenham and Everton star Dele Alli provided an update on his future.
Dele, who was recently tipped to make a spectacular return to North London, took to his personal Instagram account on Friday [20 December] to reveal that he is set to explore new opportunities in 2025.
The out-of-contract midfielder has continued to train with Everton since his deal with the club expired at the end of last season. However, it now looks as though he will say goodbye to the Toffees, with an update emerging on how this will impact Spurs.
Among the many comments under Alli’s post was current Spurs and former Everton star Richarlison, who showed his support with two positive emojis, including the clapping hands.

Just like Dele, Richarlison knows all about what it takes to play for both Everton and Tottenham, with the Brazilian recently being mooted to make a return to Goodison Park.
Therefore, it is no surprise to see the striker showing his support for Dele, who has suffered greatly from injuries, another thing which Richarlison would be able to relate to.
As Dele explores this new chapter he is likely to do so with the support of all Tottenham fans, who will no doubt have fond memories of the Englishman’s time in North London.
There is unlikely to be a single supporter at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium who won’t be wishing for Dele to get his career back on track. At one point he appeared to have incredible potential, with many expecting that he might go on to become one of England’s great midfielders.
And while he never quite reached those heights, there is still time for Alli to turn things around and make some more memories on the pitch.
