Tottenham staff and Vicario instantly react to Postecoglou after win v Frankfurt
Ange Postecoglou secured his biggest win as Tottenham manager as his side beat Eintracht Frankfurt 1-0 to reach the UEFA Europa League semi-final.
Postecoglou was fighting for his job in Germany, with Daniel Levy expected to sack the Australian if Spurs had lost against Frankfurt.
As a result, the 1-0 win at Deutsche Bank Park on Thursday (17 April) is no doubt the biggest result of the season for Tottenham, and perhaps one of the biggest results of Postecoglou’s entire career.
And the reaction of Guglielmo Vicario and the Tottenham coaching staff demonstrates just how important this win was.
