Tottenham make official new Arsenal announcement
Tottenham and Arsenal regularly lock horns in the North London Derby, which is one of the most renowned fixtures on the English football calendar.
Local pride is always on the line whenever Spurs and the Gunners clash, but Ange Postecoglou’s side were beaten by Mikel Arteta’s men in both derbies this term, much to the disappointment of supporters.
But Tottenham fans can still look back at previous meetings with Arsenal feeling plenty of pride and will never forget their 3-0 victory over Arteta’s side in May 2022.
Harry Kane, with a brace, and Heung-Min Son were both on the scoresheet for Spurs that day, while the North London Derby is set to enter a brand new chapter.

Tottenham announce plans for an overseas North London Derby
Spurs have announced fresh plans to clash with the Gunners in a pre-season trip to Hong Kong on 31 July.
The two North London rivals have never faced each other outside of the UK before, as the rivalry is set to enter a new chapter.

Tottenham must get back to winning ways
Spurs fans are perhaps unlikely to be enthused by the news that their local rivalry with Arsenal is set to take place thousands of miles away from North London this summer.
With the match being a pre-season fixture, neither set of supporters will approach the game with the same passionate feelings as when Tottenham and the Gunners meet in domestic football.
In the meantime, the Spurs faithful will be keen to see their side get back to winning ways after their 2-0 loss to Fulham last time out in the Premier League on 16 March.
Postecoglou’s men were knocked out of the FA Cup in the early stages, while they also suffered a Carabao Cup semi-final defeat alongside their struggles in the top-flight.
The only trophy still available to Tottenham is the Europa League, in which they are set to meet with Bundesliga outfit Frankfurt in the quarter-finals.
Spurs sit just 14th in the Premier League, so fans will be far more concerned with the poor way in which their season has played out than the fact they are clashing with Arsenal in Hong Kong this summer.
