‘It’s all on you’ – Tony Cascarino names exactly who’s to blame after latest Tottenham loss

Tottenham’s poor form across all competitions is continuing and the situation in North London is now turning ugly.

On Saturday, Tottenham were beaten 2-1 by Fulham, piling even more pressure on manager Thomas Frank.

Frank’s sack odds have been slashed as a result of the loss, which was their third defeat in six days after succumbing to both Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.

Spurs have won just one of their last seven games in total, and are rapidly dropping down the Premier League table.

Tottenham starter slammed for what he did vs Fulham

Kenny Tete fired Fulham into an early lead at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but it was the Cottagers’ second goal which caused the most frustration around North London.

Just two minutes after Tete had smashed home, Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario raced out of his box to deal with a long ball.

However, instead of clearing his lines, the Italian shot-stopper gave possession straight back to the visitors, with Harry Wilson curling into an empty net to double Fulham’s lead.

Vicario threw his hands up as the ball made its way into the unguarded goal, but former Chelsea and Republic of Ireland midfielder Tony Cascarino slammed the 29-year-old for his reaction.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Cascarino said: “It’s all down to you [Vicario]. What are you doing? It’s all on you, that goal.”

Vicario was subsequently booed by Tottenham fans for the mistake, who made their frustrations abundantly clear.

Spurs supporters have become increasingly annoyed with their side in recent weeks, and their shocking start against Fulham seemed to be the final straw.

Although Vicario bore the brunt of the immediate reaction, Frank himself is now under fire from Tottenham fans, who are questioning the team’s lack of direction.

The North London outfit are particularly bad at home, and have not won a league game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since the first day of the season, against Burnley.

With supporters turning against both the players and the manager, Frank is now facing an uphill struggle to save his job.
