Arsenal-mad Mo Farah predicts shock Tottenham v Leicester City scoreline
Arsenal-supporting athlete Mo Farah has predicted that Tottenham will slip up to Leicester City on Sunday.
Ange Postecoglou’s side secured their first victory in three matches during a 3-2 Europa League win over Hoffenheim on Thursday 23 January, having lost back-to-back games against the Gunners and Everton.
The Foxes, on the other hand, travel to Hotspur Way on 26 January, searching for their first Premier League win in 10 attempts, and Farah believes they could get a result in North London.
Speaking via the Premier League X account [24 January], Farah said: “Tottenham v Leicester? You know what I think of Tottenham, guys. I’ll say Leicester [to win] 1-0. Sorry Tottenham fans…”
Tottenham waiting for upset v Leicester City?
Of course, Farah would love for his team’s rivals to slip up against a side sitting 19th in the Premier League right now, but even for Spurs, losing to the Foxes would be a complete shock.
With the Lilywhites currently experiencing a rollercoaster of a campaign, Postecoglou has found himself under tremendous pressure at Hotspur Way, with Daniel Levy also being pressured to sack him.
Football is a cut-throat business, totally based on positive results, and with the manager holding on by a very thin thread, a defeat to Leicester could well and truly be the end of his stay in North London.
Spurs have drifted to 15th in the Premier League table, just three spots above the relegation zone, something which would have seemed almost impossible at the beginning of last season.

However, Postecoglou and his team, despite still being in all other cup competitions, find themselves in a rather tricky predicament, and all the players can do is stick together and take it game by game.
Without a league victory in six games, Spurs have no other choice but to put the Foxes to the sword in front of their home fans.
