Pedro Porro told to have a word with Mohammed Kudus after what happened in Tottenham vs Bournemouth
Tottenham struggled in the first half of their clash with Bournemouth at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and found themselves trailing early on.
Evanilson opened the scoring in the fifth minute, and Bournemouth created several more chances as they easily cut through Tottenham’s midfield.
Spurs entered the game on a high after unveiling new signing Xavi Simons, and aimed to build on their excellent win at Manchester City last week.
However, Thomas Frank’s side were well below par, and the right-hand side of Pedro Porro and Mohammed Kudus was a particular weak point which needed changing.

Mohammed Kudus and Pedro Porro struggle vs Bournemouth
Bournemouth recorded 10 shots compared to Tottenham’s zero, with the attack completely anonymous and the defence ripped apart, and both Porro and Kudus had halves to forget.
Most of Bournemouth’s attacks came down their left side with reported Tottenham target Antoine Semenyo giving Porro nightmares, and the right-back endured a 45 minutes to forget.
The Spaniard’s task was made a lot more difficult with the lack of support from his winger, as Kudus failed to track back at all, and this simply has to change.
Speaking on World Feed commentary, former England goalkeeper Rob Green slammed Kudus’ lack of defensive responsibility and claimed that he needs to help Porro out more.
“Kudus is giving Porro no help there whatsoever. That needs to change quickly,” he stated.
“Porro needs to have a word with his teammate to say: ‘Help me here, I’m struggling.'”

Mohammed Kudus has half to forget against Bournemouth
Spurs were completely ineffectual in attack, and failed to test Djordje Petrovic even once during the first half as they created no chances at all.
Kudus was culpable in this despite a strong start at Spurs, but while the other attackers were also poor, his display was made even worse by his lack of defensive contribution.
The Ghanaian lost 11 of his 17 attempted duels during the first half, more than any other player on the pitch, while also failing to create a single chance or attempt a shot.
Kudus also completed just one of his five attempted dribbles, and Frank will need to find a way to fix this problem on the right, with Bournemouth carving that side open with ease.
