Gabby Agbonlahor was left enraged with Tottenham in the 2-1 loss against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.

Nuno Espirito Santo's side secured the three points courtesy of first-half goals from Elliot Anderson and Chris Wood.

Richarlison scored in the 87th minute, but it proved to be too little, too late.

Agbonlahor slams Tottenham players after the concession of two early goals

The former Aston Villa striker was watching the game and was furious with how the hosts were defending.

After the concession of the second goal, the one scored by Wood, he took to X to share his thoughts as he lashed into expletives.

He wrote: "SPURS ARE A DISGRACE!!! Bunch of Idiots."

The Spurs defence was all over the place for that goal and a number of players were at fault for the concession of the goal.

Firstly, Anthony Elanga wasn't closed down, with Pedro Porro not in the right position, and that saw the former Manchester United winger find Wood.

The Forest striker wasn't marked properly and there was no communication between Guglielmo Vicario and Micky van de Ven for the goal.

Vicario came out to parry the ball away while the Dutchman completely missed the header, which saw Wood find the back of the net.

Ange Postecoglou left with nowhere to hide after another home defeat

This loss, marking their 18th Premier League loss of the season, is an embarrassing nadir that warrants Ange Postecoglou’s sacking, as it exposes a defence in disarray.

The defensive players appear to lack cohesion and understanding of their roles.

Vicario’s earlier errors reflect a broader issue, as the defenders and the goalkeeper seem clueless, unable to execute Postecoglou’s high-pressing system effectively.

Sitting 16th with just 37 points, this collapse against a strong Forest side is a damning indictment of Postecoglou’s tenure.

Tottenham’s trophyless streak since 2008 demands better and this humiliating loss signals it’s time for a managerial change.
