Tottenham have an opportunity to make it four wins on the bounce in the Premier League when they host Manchester City on Wednesday.

Ange Postecoglou's side continued to show signs of turning a corner as they beat Ipswich Town 4-1 at Portman Road in the Premier League on Saturday (22 February).

After his recent struggles, Son Heung-min looked back to his best, twice setting up Brennan Johnson in the first half, before goals from Djed Spence and Dejan Kulusevski settled the match in the second.

Despite starting on the bench, James Maddison managed to have his say, assisting Spence's strike before aiming a dig at Ipswich after the full-time whistle.

As a result, confidence should be high among the Spurs players, which is more than can be said for Manchester City ahead of Wednesday's clash.

Preview

Manchester City head into their clash with Spurs off the back of a miserable week which saw Pep Guardiola's side knocked out of the UEFA Champions League before being beaten 2-0 by Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday (23 February).

It was their eighth Premier League defeat of the season, with the reigning champions of England a mile off their usual standards this term.
