Daniel Levy doesn't have any concerns about the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) at Tottenham ahead of the January transfer window, according to the Daily Mail.

The news outlet reports (29 December) that the North Londoners aren't worried about their finances in the coming month.

Spurs will be disciplined in their recruitment policy and are expected to look at young players and short-term solutions in the upcoming window.

The North Londoners are unlikely to make bigger investments and improvements to their starting lineup and will wait until the summer of 2025 to do that.

Daniel Levy needs to spend at Tottenham in January transfer window

Levy has overseen the Lilywhites' transfer policy over the last two decades, and the fans haven't been pleased with what he's done.

The North London outfit's supporters have wanted the chairman to spend more money, but he has often been frugal in his negotiations.

Ange Postecoglou has had to deal with several injuries in his squad in the current campaign, and it's evident that Spurs need reinforcements, especially at the back.

Tottenham have been unable to call upon Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Ben Davies in recent weeks due to their fitness issues.

Radu Dragusin and Archie Gray have been partnered in defence in the last few matches, but they have struggled.

The North Londoners almost let their lead slip against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup quarter-final, and Liverpool thrashed six past Fraser Forster on 22 December.

Levy seems to have no choice but to add quality to Postecoglou's ranks if the hierarchy wants to end the 16-year wait for a trophy.
