Ange Postecoglou looks as though he could be in serious trouble at Tottenham.

With Daniel Levy expected to sack Postecoglou should Spurs fail to win against Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday (19 January), the Australian would have been fearing the worst at half-time as the Toffees raced into a 3-0 lead.

Son Heung-min was perhaps lucky to reemerge for the second half. The forward struggled in the opening 45 minutes as he was targeted by the home support.

And as images of Spurs chairman Daniel Levy emerged via Sky Sports' live coverage of the game, it appeared as though a lot of fans were in agreement about what needs to happen next.

Levy was shown by Sky Sports' camera in attendance at Goodison Park on Sunday.

Photos of the 62-year-old were circulated on X. In response, many fans made their feeling about the chairman and Postecoglou's future very clear in the replies.

It looks a very long way back for Spurs at Goodison Park. Therefore, it appears as though this could be Postecoglou's final match in charge of the club.

Even if he does remain in the Tottenham hot seat, it would surely take a quite remarkable turnaround to remain in his job. Whatever does happen, Postecoglou will certainly feel like he has been hard done by with all the injuries in North London.

However, injuries or not, heading into half-time 3-0 down at Goodison Park is arguably a sackable offence in itself.
