Tottenham already have 'risk attached' to Randal Kolo Muani transfer amid Arsenal concerns
Tottenham completed some eye-catching deals this summer, with Randal Kolo Muani certainly one of those.
Spurs signed Kolo Muani on a season-long loan from PSG, and he will provide Thomas Frank with fresh attacking impetus.
However, given that Oliver Glasner has said Kolo Muani should play centrally, it will be interesting to see how Frank fits him in.
Although the France international is viewed as a promising arrival, an issue with the transfer has already been highlighted.

Spurs reportedly tried to sign another player after Kolo Muani, but he ended up being the final addition of the summer.
The 26-year-old joined on a season-long loan, but crucially, there is no option to make the signing permanent.
Now, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes that could prove costly for Tottenham
“It’s frustrating that it doesn't come with an option attached,” Wenham said.

“If it goes well, it might be that we're thinking, 'oh, my gosh', Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Arsenal, whoever, are also trying to get the player based on his form for Tottenham this year. So we'll have to cross that bridge when we get there.
“I mean, there's an argument that you hope he does do that well, that those clubs want him, because that means he'll have done well on the pitch at Tottenham.
"There's also a risk attached to that. But I think in the scenario of having a free striker, I think it's a risk worth taking, and I'm hopeful that Kolo Muani will be incredibly successful for us.”

Given that the Frenchman has arrived without a fee, his signing his essentially risk-free.
During his career, he has shown plenty of promise, but perhaps has not quite lived up to the hype that surrounded him in his early days.
Like Xavi Simons, Kolo Muani had to leave PSG in order to play regular football, meaning that he has a point to prove.
Although it is early into Frank's reign, Spurs have shown that they are a threat going forward, which will suit the France international.
As Wenham rightly states, the only thing that should concern the Lilywhites is if he performs so well that other clubs come sniffing.
