Thomas Kristensen could potentially be on the move in the ongoing transfer window as Tottenham look to rebuild after sacking Ange Postecoglou.

The North London outfit have some massive decisions to make in the coming days, with the appointment of a new manager arguably the priority.

Cristian Romero has been linked with a Spurs exit, and his exit will evidently leave them with the need for reinforcements this summer.

Postecoglou struggled in the Premier League due to several fitness issues in the backline, and the Lilywhites must make quality additions in the coming weeks.

Tottenham transfer to be considered as Kristensen has agreement with Udinese

Kristensen has an agreement with Udinese regarding his future this summer amid previous interest from Tottenham.

The 23-year-old revealed that he has a clear plan with the Serie A outfit if something concrete happens in the ongoing transfer window.

Spurs were interested in the Danish national last summer, and if a big club comes calling again, he won't hang up.

Speaking to Tipsbladet (6 June), the defender said: "Yes, we have a fairly clear plan. No [I won't hang up again if a big club comes calling again], I wonder if a decision will be made on that."

Thomas Frank must be backed at Tottenham if appointed manager

Thomas Frank is heavily linked with Tottenham, and the Brentford boss seems to be keen on taking the job in N17.

Daniel Levy will be under pressure at Spurs to get the managerial decision right after sacking a title-winning head coach.

The North London outfit's co-chairman has taken some slack from fans as Postecoglou ended the 17-year wait for a title.

Tottenham evidently have a rather weak squad, as was evident with their inconsistent performances in the Premier League, as they finished 17th after losing 22 games.

The Lilywhites can't bring in a new manager and not give them the right tools to be successful, as has arguably been the case under Levy for several years.

Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Nuno Espirito Santo found it difficult to win silverware at the North London outfit, and it was undoubtedly due to a lack of quality in the squad.

Frank will likely be another scapegoat for Levy at Spurs soon if they don't enter the market with a proper recruitment plan to build a balanced and competitive team.

Kristensen can provide the depth needed in defence that was missing this season.
