Thomas Frank is inching closer to leaving Tottenham.

While Guglielmo Vicario’s huge error for Fulham’s second was not Frank’s fault, the lack of response from the players, particularly in the first half, is cause for concern.

As a result, there’s a growing feeling among supporters that Frank’s days in North London are numbered.

Thomas Frank has 5/1 odds to leave Tottenham

Fans believed that Frank had issued a response to Spurs’ shock 4-1 defeat to Arsenal earlier this month against PSG in the UEFA Champions League.

Despite the defeat, the players showed character and supporters were excited for this new look attacking-minded Tottenham.

However, the Lilywhites’ subsequent Premier League defeat to Fulham has shown that the PSG clash was the exception, not the rule.

Pressure has been building on Frank at Tottenham for a while, but it has increased tenfold since Saturday.

One major bookmaker has him at 5/1 odds to be the next manager sacked in the Premier League, second only to odds-on favourite Leeds boss Daniel Farke.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner is the current 5/1 favourite to replace Frank.

Glasner was in contention to replace Ange Postecoglou over the summer, but the club ultimately decided on Frank.

But with fans' chants of ‘Frank out’ almost deafening at the moment, Glasner’s arrival in North London could be inevitable.

Tottenham home record behind Thomas Frank’s potential sack

It is no secret that Tottenham’s home record has been abysmal this season.

  • Tottenham have won three of their last 21 home games
  • Spurs’ last home win came against Burnley on match day one

To make matters worse, the Lilywhites’ defeat against Fulham was their 10th home defeat of 2025.

This is now their joint-most home league defeats in a single calendar year in club history.

A lot can be said for Frank’s uninspiring football, but fans would care little if their side was winning games.

But to be so dull to watch and losers on top of that seems to be a step to fare for Spurs supporters. It remains to be seen whether Tottenham’s hierarchy is of the same opinion.
