Besiktas and Galatasaray are looking to sign Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham before the Turkish transfer deadline, according to Diario AS.

The news outlet reports that the two clubs from Istanbul are still interested in the North London outfit's left-back as their transfer window closes on 11 February.

Reguilon is highly regarded in Turkey and could leave amid the uncertain situation at Spurs.

Daniel Levy is reluctant, though, and is yet to approve the Spanish defender's departure despite his contract expiring at the end of the season.

It wouldn't be surprising to see the 28-year-old leave the Lilywhites in the coming days, considering his lack of game time this season.

While Besiktas and Galatasaray could seemingly be tempting destinations for the defender, Jose Mourinho might arguably want his former player at Fenerbahce.

The Spanish full-back spent the previous campaign on loan at Manchester United and Brentford, impressing in both those stints.

Reguilon's time at Tottenham looks to be coming to an end, though, with Ange Postecoglou hardly relying on him even during the injury crisis.

Tottenham defender Sergio Reguilon could still leave amid interest from Besiktas and Galatasaray.

The Australian manager has opted to play Djed Spence out of position in Destiny Udogie's absence, making clear his stance on the former Real Madrid star.

Archie Gray has played at centre-back amid the absence of Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and now Radu Dragusin, who will be sidelined for a considerable period.

Reguilon's exit seems like a matter of when and not if.
