Thomas Frank is one of several managers who could replace Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham.

Following Spurs' 12th Premier League defeat of the season - a 3-2 loss to Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday (19 January) - Richard Keys has suggested that Postecoglou being sacked feels "inevitable."

While the club plan to stick by the Australian for now [via Football London, 20 January], things could change if results don't pick up.

Therefore, Daniel Levy could find himself hunting for a new manager sooner rather than later, with Massimiliano Allegri a potential option while Edin Terzic is interested in joining a Premier League club [via TEAMtalk, 20 January].

Another potential option is Brentford manager Thomas Frank. However, it feels as though that might not be the most popular appointment among the Spurs faithful.

Thomas Frank to replace Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham?

As reported by Sami Mokbel via the Daily Mail (21 January), Spurs' Technical Director Johan Lange is thought to be an admirer of Frank.

However, supporters are not happy with this update and have begun to tear into Lange over the club's lack of activity in the winter transfer window.

Frank has done an impressive job in the Premier League with Brentford. However, it appears as though Spurs supporters don't feel as though the Dane is enough of an upgrade on Postecoglou.

Therefore, if the club do decide to sack Postecoglou, it appears as though Lange and Levy are going to need to find a more exciting appointment than Frank if they are to appease supporters, with pressure already growing in North London.
