John Wenham has accused Matt Law of holding an agenda against Tottenham.

The owner of the reputable Spurs podcast Lilywhite Rose has questioned the validity of Law's recent report on the North London club.

UEFA recently announced via their official website (2 September) that there would be a reduction in maximum ticket prices for away supporters in this year's European competitions.

However, Wenham - speaking exclusively to Tottenham News - has hit back at this report.

“Spurs have since announced their home ticket prices for the Europa League, and I thought they were reasonably priced,” Wenham said.

“I’ve always thought with Law that there is a bit of an angle against Tottenham.

“I've noticed that on a few of his pieces. Therefore, I don't know how true this recent report was.”

Tottenham raise objections to UEFA decision?

UEFA's decision to reduce the maximum price clubs can charge travelling supporters was a positive one.

It provides some much-needed financial assistance to the fans who travel around Europe following their clubs.

Therefore, if Spurs did raise objections to this decision, that would not be a good look for the club.

However, nothing has been confirmed or denied, and supporters will hope there is no truth in what was reported by Law in the Telegraph.
