Johan Lange sack update as Daniel Levy daggers continue at Tottenham
Johan Lange may face an uncertain future at Tottenham after Ange Postecoglou was sacked.
The Australian departed North London on Friday (6 June) despite lifting the Europa League at the end of his second campaign.
Season three has now been cancelled for the 59-year-old, who has been followed out the exit door by Nick Montgomery and three other coaches in N17.
With that in mind, Technical Director Lange will be fearing for his job at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the summer window on the horizon.
Lange future update emerges at Tottenham
If Daniel Levy was unpopular before, it is fair to say that the departure of the ex-Celtic boss has done him few favours in the football world.
A 17th place finish in the Premier League was far from good enough, but after winning a European trophy, many felt Postecoglou deserved to stay on with the Lilywhites.
The chairman hasn't afforded him that opportunity and is now on the hunt for a new head coach ready for the upcoming campaign.
As it stands, that looks set to be Thomas Frank, who is seemingly ready to leave Brentford and make the 16-mile trip across the capital.

This could prove to be a huge boost to the future prospects of Lange as the Daily Mirror reported (8 June) of a prior good relationship between the Danes.
With that being said, it now appears that the 45-year-old director is set to remain in North London and avoid the sack from Levy this summer.
Lange to partner Frank at Tottenham
Many Spurs fans didn't want Postecoglou to go, but now that he has, Frank feels like an obvious option given his credentials.
The 51-year-old has vast experience in the Premier League with the Bees and is one of the few managers in recent years to avoid relegation after promotion.
This will stand the former Brondby manager in good stead with the Lilywhites as Levy looks set to land his man within days.
If this deal goes through, it could spark an exciting relationship in N17 between the head coach and Lange, who has plenty of work to do in the summer window.
