Jack Grealish looks to be on several clubs' shopping lists this summer, with Tottenham right in the mix.

The forward has fallen out of favour under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, meaning an Etihad exit is almost certain.

With both moves in the pipeline, an agreement at Man City has paved the way for them to go through over the coming weeks.

Tottenham backed to seal Grealish transfer amid Man City deal

Grealish has no immediate future at Man City after a series of decisions made by Guardiola.

Firstly, the 29-year-old was omitted from the Spaniard's Premier League squad for the final day of the season.

Then, he was an unused substitute in the FA Cup final, with Claudio Echeverri handed his debut over the Englishman.

Now, Man City have signed Rayan Cherki from Lyon, which has effectively put all hope of a stay beyond doubt.

With Son's Spurs future hanging in the balance, former Lillywhite David Bentley has spoken to Oddschecker on their respective futures.

He said: “Son’s levels have dropped this year, but I think the club should keep him for at least another season. If you can bring Grealish in for the right price, I think he’ll thrive at Spurs on the left wing.

“I can also see Dominic Solanke thriving with somebody like Jack Grealish on the wing; he could get double the goals with that quality service.”

As it stands, Spurs are currently the 5/4 betting favourites to land Grealish this summer, implying a 44.4 per cent probability.

Grealish can revive his career at Spurs with or without Son

Grealish needs a good fit to be able to rejuvenate his fading career, and Tottenham appear the ideal club.

Of course, the forward's wages are estimated to be considerably higher than Son's, who is the highest Spurs earner.

This means that a loan deal is more likely for the forward, and that would suit the Lillywhites, just in case it does not work out.

Supporters have seen what Grealish is capable of when he is given more freedom, but he has been caged at times under Guardiola.

The former Aston Villa man can operate out wide, but a move back to the number 10 position can help him thrive as the main man in north London.

Grealish's ability in tight spaces and his capacity to draw fouls can elevate Tottenham's attacking threat.

Frank will need a squad capable of competing on all fronts, and in Grealish, they can sign a Champions League winner.
