Jack Grealish looks set to exit Manchester City this summer, with Tottenham one of the clubs interested in his services.

The winger has endured a trying season with the Citizens and has struggled for minutes under Pep Guardiola.

Indeed, a decision has been made at the club that appears to have given Grealish the green light for a move to Tottenham.

Jack Grealish decision made on final day

Man City head into their final game of the season against Fulham in search of at least a point to guarantee Champions League football.

If Guardiola's side were to lose, then they could be leapfrogged by Newcastle United, Chelsea and Aston Villa if they all win.

As the Spaniard sets his sights on all three points, he has revealed his final team of the season, which made for rather intriguing reading.

Grealish has been exiled from the squad entirely, meaning he could have played his final game for City.

Grealish has had limited opportunities this season

A summer move is expected for Grealish, who no longer appears to be part of Guardiola's plans.

This means that Spurs could move for the former Villa man, and their hopes of signing him will be boosted by the prospect of Champions League football.

Grealish worth a punt for Tottenham

Although Grealish has struggled in the Premier League this season, he could reignite his career in North London.

The 29-year-old has cut a forlorn figure in Manchester, and it is evident he has fallen down the pecking order under his boss.

While it is easy to forget the winger's capabilities, he has shown enough over the years to warrant a move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs possess several solid wingers, but will need to enter the market to build a squad to compete on all fronts this season.

Grealish would surely be a step up on some of those players and would fit nicely into their current style of play.

Of course, there are some obstacles in the way of such a move, but the button for Grealish's exit has been pushed.
