Pape Sarr has been forced out of Tottenham training after suffering an issue, according to Paul O Keefe.

The journalist reported on 22 January that the Senegal international pulled out of training on Wednesday in another injury concern for Ange Postecoglou.

It is currently unclear what the extent of the issue is but is set to be clarified by the Spurs boss in his upcoming press conference.

Pape Sarr pulls out of Tottenham training through injury

The last thing that the Lilywhites need is another injury but it appears that they have been struck with a fresh concern.

With Dominic Solanke suffering a knee injury before the Everton clash, to lose the 22-year-old as well is another blow for Postecoglou's side.

With a clash against Hoffenheim coming up on Thursday (23 January) the North Londoners are now set to be even more depleted than they had already planned.

Supporters will now have to wait until Postecoglou's press conference to learn the seriousness of the injury and how long the Australian could be without another first-team star.
