Tottenham supporters have called for the medical team in North London to be sacked as injury news emerges ahead of kick-off against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Ange Postecoglou could be fired by Daniel Levy if Tottenham fail to win the UEFA Europa League.

Spurs are set to host Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of their last-eight tie at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday (10 April).

However, should Postecoglou be sacked if Spurs are eliminated from Europe, the Australian will no doubt feel slightly aggrieved at the circumstances surrounding a difficult second season in charge of Tottenham.

Injuries have been a recurring theme in North London this season, with the Tottenham medical staff called into question as a result.

And fans appear as though they've run out of patience themselves as another player looks set to join Dejan Kulusevski, Radu Drăgușin and Kevin Danso on the sidelines for the clash with Frankfurt.

Tottenham forward sent for scans after hamstring tightness

Hours ahead of kick-off against Frankfurt, Spurs insider Paul O Keefe took to X (10 April) to report that Wilson Odobert had been sent for scans after complaining of tightness in his hamstring.

There isn't yet a definitive answer on the extent of the issue, if there is one at all. However, after the Frenchman's extended spell on the sidelines this season due to hamstring issues, supporters in North London are unlikely to be feeling too optimistic.

And it appears as though plenty are angry, with a lot of that anger directed toward the medical team.

Odobert will be fearing the worst at Tottenham

There might not be any reason for supporters to panic, and Odobert could end up being just fine.

However, after missing so much of the season with a hamstring injury already, the 20-year-old will no doubt be fearing the worst.

Another spell on the sidelines would be a cruel blow, especially with the winger beginning to establish himself in the first team. Therefore, everybody at Tottenham will be keeping their fingers crossed.
