John Wenham believes Tottenham will sell Richarlison this summer amid interest from Al-Hilal.

The owner of the reputable Spurs podcast Lilywhite Rose feels that the Brazillian's sale could be one of the quickest deals of the summer.

It comes after a report in the Daily Mail (11 May) revealed that Al-Hilal are confident of signing Richarlison having made enquiries about the 27-year-old in January.

And Wenham - speaking exclusively to Tottenham News - feels that Spurs will be able to recoup the £60million fee they paid to sign Richarlison from Everton (Sky Sports News, 1 July 2022).

“I absolutely see this deal getting done,” Wenham said.

“It’s a shame because there are several players I would sell before him, but he just isn’t available for selection enough.

“He is constantly injured, and if we have the chance to make our money back, then that could be one of the quickest deals we do this summer.

“Al-Hilal have the money, and I think they would be happy to pay £60million, which would be phenomenal.”

Should Tottenham allow Richarlison to leave the club and join Al-Hilal?

Richarlison has improved this season.

After a miserable debut campaign in North London, the Brazillian has chipped in with 12 Premier League goals this year.

He could therefore prove to be a useful option for Ange Postecoglou going forward.

Tottenham, Richarlison
Richarlison could be sold by Tottenham this summer.

However, the Tottenham number nine has missed a significant number of matches through injury.

Therefore, if the club can make back the money they spent on the striker, it is hard to see Daniel Levy refusing that offer.
