Tottenham fans ‘to fume at Daniel Levy’ after multi-million reveal
Daniel Levy is likely to become even less popular among the Tottenham faithful after a recent multimillion reveal.
It has been a tough season for Tottenham, with Ange Postecoglou facing the sack as a result.
The Australian is believed to have lost the Spurs dressing room, while sections of the fanbase have also turned on their manager in recent months.
However, it is Levy who supporters appear to be most frustrated with after yet another disappointing campaign in North London under the 62-year-old’s chairmanship.
Hundreds of Tottenham fans gathered in the streets to protest against Levy and ENIC ahead of the 3-1 Premier League victory over Southampton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday (6 April).
And tensions are only likely to continue to rise after a recent multimillion reveal at Tottenham.

Tottenham accounts reveal total pay for directors
Tottenham recently released their financial results for the year ended 30 June 2024, with Levy’s priorities clear based on the figures that were published.
There was a lot to unpack, with Levy blasted for a statement he published alongside Spurs’ accounts. However, perhaps the most frustrating element of the figures has now been brought to light by Matt Law.
Year Ended | June 2024 | June 2023 |
Match receipts | £105.8million | £117.6million |
UEFA prize money | £1.3million | £56.2million |
Commercial & Other income | £255.2million | £227.7million |
Total revenue | £528.2million | £549.6million |
The Daily Telegraph journalist took to his personal X account on Tuesday to share that Spurs’ highest-paid director – who is usually Levy – earned £3.728million for the year ended 30 June 2024. By comparison, Chelsea’s highest paid director earned £1.69million for the same period.
In total, Tottenham’s directors earned a total of £5.068million, up from £3.581million from the previous year, although Levy was also paid a £3million bonus in the year ended June 2023, which he did not receive this time around.
Levy needs to put his money where his mouth is at Tottenham
Levy is already testing the patience of supporters at Tottenham.
Therefore, news that the chairman and his fellow directors continue to earn more money despite a lack of success on the pitch isn’t going to be received well.
As a result, Levy needs to put his money where his mouth is and invest in Spurs’ squad this summer.
