Tottenham fans enraged by ‘stupid, pointless’ Europa League final development
Tottenham are set to face Manchester United in the Europa League final, in what is a monumental game for the club.
Spurs and Man United have both endured dismal seasons which will see them finish low down in the bottom half of the table.
However, they will now go head-to-head for the chance of European silverware, and a spot in the Champions League up for grabs, but fans are unhappy at one aspect of the final in Bilbao.

Tottenham fans slam club screening of Europa League final
Tottenham have now announced that they will be hosting a screening of the final at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The club did similar in 2019 when Spurs reached the Champions League final, except they also placed giant screens on the pitch for an improved viewing experience.
This time, although fans will be in the stadium seating, they will only be able to watch the match on the main four screens in the ground, and in the concourses, and this decision has been criticised by Spurs fans.
Tottenham should put screens on the pitch for Europa League final
Given that Spurs have held a lot of concerts, other sporting events and screenings on the pitch, fans are disappointed that the same could not be organised for the Europa League final.
Although Spurs have their final home game of the season a few days later, the stadium was purpose-built to accommodate different events within short spaces of time, and different pitches are kept underneath the surface level to facilitate this.
With the club seemingly unwilling to use their facilities to enhance the viewing experience, fans will question the point of moving stadium if their needs are not met.
Fan protests against Daniel Levy during the season hinted at disapproval that the club prioritises revenue from concerts over sporting excellence, and this decision may be seen by some as an example of fans being disregarded again.
If Spurs lose the final against Man United, they will miss out on Europe while potentially finishing 17th in the Premier League, and fan fury will be at an all-time high.
