Tottenham told to forget relegation as new ‘distraction’ claim emerges
Tottenham’s season has been taken over by relegation fears in recent weeks.
Tottenham are just four points above the Premier League drop zone with 11 matches left to play, and could realistically go down to the Championship.
Igor Tudor has been tasked with steadying the ship, but his reign started with a dismal 4-1 defeat to local rivals Arsenal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 22 February.
They will be hoping to bounce back when they travel to Fulham on 1 March, and put any relegation concerns behind them.

Why Tottenham need to forget about relegation
John Wenham believes that Spurs should put relegation out of their mind after the next week, and focus on the Champions League.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, he said: “In terms of the week coming up between now and next Thursday, they’ve got Fulham away on Sunday and then home to Crystal Palace on Thursday evening.
“What an opportunity to get six points and totally forget the R word and any talk of it.
“I think it’s really important we do get at least four points from those games, primarily because otherwise people are talking about the Champions League games and draw as a sort of distraction.
“The reality is we want to be in the Champions League, we’ve spent so many years to battle and get in there.
“We should be enjoying those ties, but whilst we’re in the position we are in the league, people are seeing it just as a distraction at the moment, and that’s a real shame.
“Fulham away is a difficult game. I think we’ve lost our last three trips there, having previously had an outstanding record away at Fulham.
“A hard game, and I know they won 3-1 up at Sunderland, it was a very impressive result, but Tottenham will have to be at their absolute best to get anything out of that game, but it’s down to the players now.”

Can Tottenham win the Champions League?
It seems like an unlikely occurance, but Tudor could potentially bring the Champions League to North London for the very first time.
The Lilywhites have been drawn against Atletico Madrid in the round of 16, so it will not be an easy task to reach the quarter-finals.
Opta’s supercomputer gives the N17 side a 1.2 per cent chance to win the competition, so their chances are not rated very highly.
