Tottenham ‘to make big announcement imminently’ after multi-million development
Daniel Levy appears to once again have something up his sleeve at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Spurs have struggled on the pitch this season.
The North London outfit are 14th in the Premier League after suffering 15 defeats in the competition this term. As a result, Ange Postecoglou is facing the sack.
Mauricio Pochettino could replace the Australian, while Andoni Iraola, Marco Silva and Thomas Frank are also candidates to take over at Tottenham if Postecoglou is sacked.
Therefore, it is safe to say that things are slightly chaotic in the footballing department at the moment. However, off the pitch, systems are firing on all cylinders, as Levy looks to have once again secured a lucrative payday in North London.

Levy ‘secures brand new deal at Tottenham’
As reported by Mike Keegan of the Daily Mail (16 March), Tottenham and INEOS have terminated their sponsorship agreement, which was scheduled to run until 2027, after amicable talks between the two parties.
A pay-off fee thought to be in the millions has been agreed, with Levy and Spurs now seeking a new sponsor in North London.
Ex-Spurs scout Bryan King has suggested companies will be queuing up to sign with Tottenham, and Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – thinks an announcement is imminent.
“Tottenham are in the position of strength in this situation,” Wenham said.
“First of all, they’ve had three years’ worth of money out of INEOS, and now they have also got a payoff. However, they wouldn’t have let INEOS go unless they had something else lined up.
“Therefore, I’m sure we can expect a big announcement on that very soon.”
Levy continues to grow Tottenham commercially
For everything that is said about the Spurs chairman, very few can deny his brilliance in the boardroom.
However, all fans are interested in is what happens on the pitch, and there hasn’t been a lot to shout about this season.
Premier League | Played | GD | Points |
13. Man United | 29 | -3 | 37 |
14. Tottenham | 29 | +12 | 34 |
15. Everton | 29 | -4 | 34 |
Therefore, unless the money from any imminent announcement is put toward the team, it is hard to imagine that fans will care too much.
