Tottenham ‘to accept £20m bid to sell Richarlison’ – Exclusive

Tottenham could accept a bid as little as £20million for Richarlison this summer.

The Brazil international has had a frustrating spell in North London since signing for a sizable fee from Everton back in 2022.

As a result, this has largely seen the 28-year-old play a bit part role for the Lilywhites, something which could be set to end with a departure from N17.

A deal worth a third of what he signed for could be welcomed by Daniel Levy and Co., as Spurs look to cash in on Richarlison while they can.

Richarlison could leave Tottenham for £20m

There is no doubt that changes are going to be present throughout the upcoming window from top to bottom. Thomas Frank has been announced as Tottenham’s new Head Coach, and the Dane is bound to have his own opinions on how he sees his new squad playing.

Regardless of this, it seems likely that Richarlison will be on his way out this summer, with several suitors showing an interest.

Everton look primed to agree a return for Richarlison, but it is unclear whether this would be on a permanent or initial loan deal.

With that being said, former Brentford and Leicester City boss Martin Allen believes an offer in the region of £20m would see Spurs force the attacker out of N17 this summer.

Richarlison is a funny one,” Allen told Tottenham News.

He was such a good player a few years ago, and he’s been in and out of this Tottenham team.

“He played very well in the cup final, it has to be said, but throughout the season, I would say he’s been very average.

If they can cash in and get money for him now, who would buy him? I’m not so sure.

He played well in the final, but he’s got to do that every week rather than every 10 games. Therefore, I think Tottenham have to move him on.

How much would they get? I think if they got £20m, they’d be driving him to whoever wants him.

Tottenham to open door for Richarlison sale

There is no doubt that the signing of the Everton star has been a failure in N17, regardless of him lifting the Europa League this season.

With just 20 goals in three years, there is little positivity surrounding the forward. As a result, Richarlison could benefit from a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

A return to Everton for Richarlison could help get the best out of him and provide much-needed funds to build a squad under new management for the Lilywhites.
