Tottenham could receive £60million offer for Richarlison amid transfer exit news
John Wenham has speculated that a club from the Saudi Pro League could offer £60million for Tottenham forward Richarlison.
The owner of the reputable Spurs podcast Lilywhite Rose believes it is time for Ange Postecoglou’s side to cut ties with the Brazillian.
As reported by The Athletic [29 November], Spurs could list Richarlison on the transfer market in 2025. The 27-year-old was linked with a move to Saudi Arabia in the summer, but he decided to stay at Tottenham.
However, Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – expects that a club from Saudi could once again come in for the striker.
“When he is fit and available, I really like Richarlison,” Wenham said.
“I think he is a good player who could contribute a lot to the team, especially considering how versatile he is. However, for whatever reason, he isn’t ever available for selection.
“He can’t seem to get himself fit to consistently play football matches. Therefore, I think it is time for him to be sold. In terms of clubs that might be interested, if it is in the Saudi market, Spurs could recover what they paid for him, and receive an offer of £60m.”
Tottenham to receive big-money offer for Richarlison?
Richarlison has really struggled since moving to North London from Everton.
While he has had his moments, he has been unable to produce consistently and has suffered with injuries during the 2024/25 campaign so far. Therefore, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he were to be moved on from the club in the near future.
Richarlison is a player of quality who is experienced in the Premier League. However, Postecoglou needs players who are available for selection.

Should a move to Saudi once again fail to materialise, a loan move has been speculated in January.
However, whatever happens, Spurs getting rid of Richarlison and the wages that come along with him seems like a good idea.
