Tottenham can ‘save their season with lucrative development’ on the cards
Tottenham Hotspur have endured yet another miserable season.
Spurs are 17th in the Premier League with a stunning 21 losses from 37 matches after a dismal domestic campaign.
Ange Postecoglou has faced significant pressure surrounding his future in North London and could be sacked by Daniel Levy ahead of the new campaign.
However, they can make it all worth it in the Europa League final against Manchester United (21 May).

Tottenham set for huge boost
Spurs will qualify for the Champions League if they can better Ruben Amorim’s side in the Bilbao showcase.
Iconic commentator Ian Darke believes that the squad is not ready to compete with Europe’s elite but he recognised that it would be a huge boost for Spurs, in terms of their future plans.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, he said: “Not at the moment, no, it definitely isn’t, no.
“I mean, they have been erratic, they look like they don’t really have too much leadership on the pitch.
“Quite well short, and I think in a Champions League, league phase format, 36-team league, I think they would struggle.
“It would be lucrative for them, it will lift their season, and they can do something knowing that they have got Champions League money coming in, if they do.
“All the balls are back in the air again, the squad as it stands, I don’t think it is going to be competitive in the Champions League.”

Postecoglou needs to win the Europa League
Postecoglou needs to ensure that his side comes out victorious on Wednesday; losing is not an option.
He may find himself unemployed regardless, but if he secures a first Spurs trophy since the League Cup in 2008, he can hold his head up high and will have completed his promise of a trophy in his second season.

It will be a hard task with James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski ruled out, and Lucas Bergvall also a potential absentee, but the Lilywhites need to be back in Europe’s elite competition.
From a financial perspective, but also from a footballing one, it is the only option, otherwise, it could set them back years in terms of their long-term plans.
