Bryan King wants Tottenham to sign Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.

The ex-Spurs scout is a big fan of the England international.

It comes after a report in Give Me Sport (28 May) revealed that Chelsea and Spurs both want to sign Eze, who won't be allowed to leave Palace unless the Eagles receive an offer of more than £60million.

And King - speaking exclusively to Tottenham News - has raved about Eze's quality.

"He would improve Spurs without a doubt," King said.

"I like him, he is a good player. I have liked him ever since he was at QPR.

"He would improve the squad and provide competition for his international teammate James Maddison."
