
Thomas Frank to hand ‘highly-regarded’ Tottenham starlets a chance after what they just did
Tottenham could be set to bring their next batch of starlets through from their prestigious academy imminently.
The Lilywhites have churned out exciting prospects consistently at Hotspur Way over the years, and they undoubtedly have one of the country’s strongest youth setups.
Mikey Moore was the latest Tottenham youngster to burst onto the scene with the first team, and there are plenty more promising talents who could be ready to follow in his footsteps.
Thomas Frank has overhauled the squad in N17 this summer, but he could yet take up the opportunity to integrate a few youngsters into his plans.

Tottenham starlets set for first-team chance after Bristol Rovers showing
Frank involved plenty of Tottenham youngsters in the early stages of pre-season, and the talent that is coming through the ranks was clear to see.
The U21 side delivered a prime example of that in their recent Vertu Trophy clash against Bristol Rovers, when they raced into a three-goal lead over the League Two outfit within the first 16 minutes.
Their senior opponents ultimately battled back to draw 4-4 before winning on penalties, but it was a hugely promising night for a Spurs side that featured four players aged 17 or under.

Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes that there will be opportunities for promising talents to step up to the first team with Frank at the helm.
“The fact that the Under-21s went three goals up against their senior men’s team in 16 minutes,” Wenham said.
“With a really youthful core of Luca Williams-Barnett, Tynan Thompson, Jun’ai Byfield and and Malachi Hardy at the back, tells me that these players are really well liked by Tottenham, highly regarded, and I think there will be opportunities this season.”

Luca Williams-Barnett is one of Spurs’ brightest talents, and he took another huge step in his development in the clash with Bristol Rovers.
The 16-year-old got on the scoresheet in his first outing against senior opposition, as he aims to follow up a remarkable season that saw him notch 23 goals and nine assists from just 24 games in the U18 Premier League last term.
He already has two goal involvements from three outings in Premier League 2 in 2025/26, and big things appear to be on the horizon for the attacking midfielder.
Williams-Barnett’s age will likely mean that he is still too far away from the first-team reckoning to feature any time soon, but he is certainly a player to keep an eye on in the coming years.
