Randal Kolo Muani twist revealed as Tottenham eye transfer
Tottenham must not expect PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani to be a regular starter right away, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that if the Lilywhites do end up signing him and play him regularly right off the bat, his lack of minutes for PSG this season may be an issue in terms of his fitness.
This comes after Give Me Sport reported on 9 January that Spurs hope to finalise the signing of the France international this week.
Discussing the state of play with Kolo Muani exclusively with Tottenham News, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, shared his verdict.
“If the idea is to have him come in immediately and play big minutes, then his lack of minutes this season could be a concern,” he said.
“If there is a plan to bed him in gradually and allow him to adapt, it’s not all that concerning.
“My advice would be to gradually ramp up his minutes in the first few weeks rather than expect him to start every game right away.“
Randal Kolo Muani will bring versatility to the Tottenham attack
The 26-year-old can play in all three positions behind the striker as well as leading the line himself.
This versatility is certainly something Ange Postecoglou will appreciate as he aims to turn the season around.

Kolo Muani would undoubtedly be a regular start and it remains to be seen if he can adapt to life in the Premier League.
In other Tottenham news, Ian Wright has been left fuming at a controversy regarding the club and has said “I don’t care” as he wants change.
